Aufinity Group cooperates with Fleetback - course set for Europe-wide cooperation

Aufinity Fleetback Cooperation

Who is Fleetback? Since the beginning of the year, the Aufinity Group, with its products bezahl.de and Aufinity, has been working with Fleetback, a company specializing in the development of digital solutions and tailor-made projects for the automotive industry. Fleetback has set itself the task of supporting its customers in the digitalization of the car dealership and all processes that are part of it. Fleetback's aim is to drive forward the automation of the industry and thus make everyday life easier for dealers.

Fleetback buys Sharebox - provider of key boxes

In July, Fleetback expanded its portfolio of services and acquired Sharebox, a provider of key boxes. The key boxes are used for the contactless handover of vehicles and are intended to provide a modern and digital experience for increased accessibility. This means that customers can pick up their car before or after repairs outside of dealership opening hours. Customer satisfaction increases, while dealership employees benefit from time savings. As both Fleetback and dealers who already have a Sharebox in use, as well as garages and vehicle rental companies, are among your customer base, this is an acquisition with great potential.

Customers who use Fleetback as well as bezahl.de or Aufinity will now benefit from the uncomplicated and extensive payment options offered by these platforms. They are directly integrated into Fleetback. Both solutions work seamlessly together so that users can now benefit from double the added value and pay for orders in real time and without complications.

An everyday example of the cooperation between the Aufinity Group & Fleetback

A customer takes his vehicle to the garage to have the oil changed. He has previously received the cost estimate for this job. During the oil change, he notices that the coolant also needs to be topped up urgently. As the garage uses Fleetback as well as bezahl.de or Aufinity, the customer now receives a real-time request via the Fleetback app as to whether the additional service should also be carried out. The customer can also provide feedback in real time. Once all jobs have been completed, the customer is sent the check-out including invoice and can conveniently choose from various payment options via bezahl.de or Aufinity and pay for the services performed. The employees in the workshop can see immediately that the invoice has been paid. If desired, the vehicle can then be handed over via the key box or in person.

Europe-wide expansion of the partnership

After the partnership between the Aufinity Group and Fleetback was initially only concluded for the German market at the beginning of the year in order to see how the collaboration works, it is now going one step further. A joint decision has already been made to expand the partnership across Europe. This means that all Fleetback customers can now use the Aufinity Group's integrations and experience a modern, digital payment experience.
