Strong cooperation: bezahl.de and KIA dealer association go into the digital future together

The Association of KIA Retailers and KIA Service Partners, founded in 2003, is the central representative body of the interests of German KIA contract partners. With the main goal: to promote commercial interests and partnerships between members and KIA MOTORS Deutschland GmbH.

Since 01.09.2023, the KIA dealer association and the Cologne-based company NX Technologies have been working together. With its innovative payment management platform bezahl.de, NX Technologies has been supporting German car dealerships in their digital transformation processes for over five years. The partnership provides members of the association with a number of exciting added values, including modern digital payment options, increased internal efficiency through the automatic processing of payments, and liquidity improvement through faster transactions or administrative cost savings by reducing paper documents.

“As a retailer association, we want to support our members in the transformation process. We want to improve what our companies rightly often criticize, namely the lack of digitization, for example in public authorities, with a digital payment management system, among other things. The ability to accept digital payments significantly improves the customer experience. Customers appreciate the convenience of paying online or electronically, and this can help increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. For these reasons, the dealer association supports its members in switching to bezahl.de and covers 50% of the one-time setup fees. In return, bezahl.de assures all members who have signed a new contract by 31.12.2023 that they will pay the rental fee for a countertop smartkasse of €149 to be included in the minimum fees per service location. MHV members can also get to know the bezahl.de team in person for the first time at the association's annual general meeting on December 1 in Osnabrück-Melle.
