With its digital payment management platform bezahl.de, FinTech NX Technologies has been optimizing all process steps related to payment in the automotive trade since 2018. With the new product extension, payments from major customers can also be managed via bezahl.de in the future. In the pilot phase that has now started, selected development partners can already use the new offer. All users should then be able to benefit from the optimised work processes of the Zahl.de software.

High market demand for integrated solutions for large and commercial customers
The team of now around 95 payment experts is constantly working on product enhancements. In particular, the wishes and suggestions of the cooperation partners are also taken into account. Due to high demand, major customers will also be able to process transactions via the digital payment management platform for the first time from the fourth quarter of 2022. After an individual customer account has been assigned, payment claims are automatically linked to the corresponding account, where all incoming payments are recorded and settled against outstanding invoice amounts.
“As part of our car auctions, we can use the bezahl.de customer account to process payment transactions from our major customers simply and efficiently via a workflow. This provides us and our major customers with great added value. “, says Daniel Müller, project manager at Autohaus Siebrecht GmbH.
Customer account creates real-time transparency about the payment status of all receivables
Customers pay via a fixed IBAN, so that all payments are automatically assigned to the respective customer account and credited. Thanks to a real-time status display, the total amount of invoices that have already been paid and are still outstanding can be viewed in the customer account at any time. The new function is seamlessly integrated into existing dealer management systems; all contained information is automatically transmitted to relevant systems via API and export.
