Future Workshop 4.0 takes on the role of an “innovation showcase.” A real location on around 450 square meters in Esslingen near Stuttgart, where new technologies and systems can be tested along customer journeys in sales and after sales. The Future Workshop realistically depicts the actual structures and processes of a car dealership and is designed as an open platform involving all value chains, which brings together and connects players in the automotive industry as partners. The opening is planned for mid-2021.
