bezahl.de, the platform for payment management in car retail, can now also be used together with the AlphaAuktion auction software. The aim of the joint partnership is to be able to process vehicle auctions even more easily and quickly. With Hans Brandenburg GmbH, a well-known customer is already using the interface and got the ball rolling for cooperation at the same time.
Quick and easy: Lean processes for car auctions
Both Alpha Online GmbH and bezahl.de offer car dealers the opportunity to automate and optimize their business as much as possible. It was therefore obvious to combine the best of both software in one interface. AlphaAuktion users have therefore been able to process payments for auctioned cars via bezahl.de since the end of April 2020.
Previously, buyers had to pay for the auctioned vehicles using a traditional bank transfer after the invoice was sent. After the successful auction, it is now possible automatically a payment invitation with an attached invoice to the buyer , which can then immediately pay for the vehicle online. While this simplifies the payment process for buyers, sellers receive their money faster, can deliver earlier and shorten valuable downtime. The payment status can be viewed live in AlphaAuktion by both parties throughout the process.

With Hans Brandenburg GmbH, an AlphaAuktion customer set the ball rolling for the cooperation with bezahl.de. He was already using the car auction platform, but at the same time wanted to benefit from the advantages of bezahl.de. The three companies quickly came together to develop the integration of the platform into AlphaAuktion. The result is an interface that is optimally adapted to the needs of car dealers.
