The Cologne-based payment service provider bezahl.de has been optimizing payment management in German car dealerships since 2018. The proven software digitizes all process steps from payment invitation to automatically triggered receivables management. The holistic solution is now also offered to customers in the My BMW app a convenient and modern payment experience. Participating retailers can offer the completely digital payment process directly from the app, which is often already installed on customers' devices. By subsidizing the manufacturer, BMW dealers benefit from the introduction of bezahl.de in addition from financial incentives.

The corresponding service invoice is transferred from the linked DMS system to the app and can be paid directly in the digital checkout process. Incoming payments are then automatically assigned and posted to existing administration systems, providing 100% data quality. This means that the entire payment process can be digitized.
