CFO Markus Wolf strengthens the management of FinTech bezahl.de
Markus Wolf is expanding the management of the leading platform for digital payment management in the auto trade bezahl.de. Following the completion of the Series B financing round of 22 million euros, the company's expansion is to be further driven forward.
Cologne, 11.04.2024 — NX Technologies, provider of the leading platform for digital payment management bezahl.de, expanded the management of the company with Markus Wolf on March 20, 2024. In his new role as managing director of finance, he will further strengthen the company and support further growth and expansion.
The automotive sector is currently facing a number of challenges: market consolidations, digitization and strong pressure from external players. NX Technologies provides mobility companies with a solution to respond to the resulting requirements, automate processes and remain competitive. With its main product bezahl.de, Cologne-based FinTech has established a new industry standard for payment management in the automotive sector and attracted the interest of well-known FinTech investors. As recently as March, bezahl.de completed a Series B financing with lead investor PayPal Ventures in the amount of 22 million euros.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Markus Wolf was largely responsible for the negotiation rounds leading up to the successful conclusion of Series B with all parties involved. He has been working on the development and implementation of bezahl.de's financing strategy since 2018. The trained business economist and real estate economist previously worked at Unicredit and various investment companies before acting as an investor for Rolf Christof Dienst's family office.
